Updated Transcript Protocols

Official Transcripts can be picked up at Door 19 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays ONLY.

 

Current Students

• Unofficial and official transcripts are requested from their counselors.
• Please email counselors directly for the transcript request.
• Please allow 3 business days for the request to be processed.
  
  

Former Students

• Per CPS Policy, transcripts will be provided to Morgan Park High School graduates from the last five graduating classes.  
• The last five graduating classes are the Class of 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. 
• Official Transcripts will be requested via the Records Request form.  
• Please allow three (3) business days for the request to be processed.
• Transcripts can be picked up at Door 19 between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
• Please bring a valid State ID for transcript pick-up.
• If former students graduated in 2019 or earlier, their transcript requests can be submitted via the CPS Student Records and Transcript Page.

Transfer Students

• Official and unofficial transcripts will be available for pick-up at Door 19, Mondays and Wednesdays, from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
• Please note, that a student cannot be transferred without an acceptance letter from another school. All acceptance letters can be emailed to the counselor of the student's grade level (see below list).
• Please allow 3 business days for the request to be processed.
